When you book a strategy call through our website, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide to pre-booking questions. We receive this information to prepare for and conduct the call. We do not collect payment information through the website.
Our website may also collect standard server logs and analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) through Netlify Analytics, if enabled.
We use your booking information solely to: conduct the strategy call you've requested, send you confirmation and reminder emails through Calendly, and follow up after the call. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Calendly for appointment booking. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your data: calendly.com/privacy. We use Netlify to host this website: netlify.com/privacy.
Booking records are retained for the duration of any business relationship and up to 1 year afterward unless you request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at info@alvosystems.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use first-party cookies for tracking. Calendly's embedded widget may set cookies as described in their privacy policy.
